Omah Lay Enlists Puerto Rican singer Ozuna and UK rapper Aitch in Deluxe Edition of Boy Alone

Omah Lay, the Nigerian recording artist known for his soulful sound and captivating lyrics, has released the deluxe edition of his debut album, “Boy Alone.” This expanded version, which dropped on June 15, 2023, includes six additional tracks, enriching the original 14-track project.

“Boy Alone” is a showcase of Omah Lay’s versatility and creativity, as he blends biography with fantasy, earnest songwriting with seductive singing, and different genres such as Afro-fusion, R&B, pop, and dancehall. The album reflects Omah Lay’s personal and professional journey, from his humble beginnings in Port Harcourt to his rise to stardom and fame.

The deluxe edition features collaborations with international artists such as Puerto Rican singer and rapper Ozuna on the remix of “soso” and British rapper Aitch on “imagine.” It also includes new songs “reason,” “come closer,” “it’s yours,” and “joanna,” which showcase Omah Lay’s signature style and charisma.

Omah Lay has described the album as a pot full of gems and a product of his reality. He said he had the worst days of his life recording the album, but he also lived his truth on it. He said he wanted to make sure that the album sounded the way he felt and that he cleared everybody’s doubts about his talent.
