Hilda Baci is About to Beat the Guinness World Cooking Marathon Record

The current record holder is Lata Tondon from India, who cooked for 87 hours, 45 minutes and 00 seconds in 2019. Hilda aims to surpass that by making over 250 recipes from different cuisines and cultures. She says she has been preparing for this challenge for five years and wants to use it as an opportunity to showcase the positive stories that come from Africa through food.

Hilda’s cook-a-thon is being live-streamed on multiple social media channels, where viewers can watch her stir, mix and taste her dishes while being cheered on by her family, friends and fans.
