If you’re looking for a new colour to spice up your wardrobe, look no further than yellow. Yes, you heard that right. Yellow is the new black, thanks to Rema’s recent viral performances during his tour across America.

The Nigerian singer is turning yellow into everyone’s favourite colour with his infectious energy and style on stage.

You probably wonder what this is all about.

He’s recently been seen chanting Say Yellow on stage in a couple of his performances, and the crowd goes wild every time.

This action began as a spin-off of his song Calm Down, where he sang “I see this fine girl for my party she wear yellow”.

At some point during his performance in Toronto, he started repeating the line from what is arguably the biggest song of his career so far.

After a few time repeating, “I see this fine girl for my party she wear yellow,” to an excited and active crowd, he proceeded to invite his Audi to repeat the new buzz phrase after him.

“Say Yellow,” he requested at the top of his excited voice. He continued to repeat the request until everyone vibed along and started singing after him and gyrating hard.

And so, the new wave begins.

In another more recent performance, he invited a security detail dressed in yellow to join him on stage, and vibe with him as he repeated the Say Yellow chant. Many are of the opinion that this would likely be a major highlight of the security person’s year.

Now, yellow is everywhere and we can’t get enough of it. Yellow is bright, cheerful, and optimistic. It’s the colour of happiness, sunshine, and positivity. It’s also a great way to stand out from the crowd and make a statement.

And don’t forget to stream Rema’s songs and watch his performances. He’s definitely one to watch in the music scene.
